Newly-built of granite and local stone, this stunningly located home looks onto quite the most fabulous view. Floor-to-ceiling windows and doors span the whole of the sea-facing front of the house. Glimmering waters and a sky that goes on forever are combined with peaceful, idyllic surroundings, making this a gorgeously grown-up getaway. You're also ideally located to explore the beauty of the Roseland Peninsula, the surrounding countryside and the beautifully clean and sandy beaches of this area. It's also just a short walk to join the path down to the beach - perfect.

  • Spanning the whole of the front of the house, this incredible open-plan space is magnificent with jaw-dropping sea views through the floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open out onto the sunny terrace. Light and bright throughout, at the far end of the room lies the stylish seating area with two comfy three-seater sofas and two swivel chairs with matching pouffes. For cooler nights and days, there's a Stovax wood burning stove - ideal for snuggling up next to after a bracing clifftop walk - and a Smart TV for relaxation.

    The kitchen has been designed to accommodate the needs of even the most ambitious cooks complete with everything you'll need to create culinary masterpieces, including a Neff hob, Neff built-in oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, second fridge, Magimix and the all-important coffee machine. In addition, there's a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

    Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area which features a large oak table that seats up to eight on comfortable, upholstered chairs. Pendant lights above allow visitors to create an intimate, after-dark atmosphere in which food and wine will be celebrated and conversations thrive.

  • Tredeanne sleeps eight in four well-appointed bedrooms. Upstairs are three bedrooms; the master en suite bedroom with super king size bed, a twin bedroom and a third bedroom with a king size bed. All these bedrooms have sea views. Downstairs there's a fourth bedroom with a zip-and-link bed which can either be twins or a large double bed. Each bedroom benefits from underfloor heating, sumptuous bedding and Egyptian cotton bed linens.

  • The en suite to the master bedroom is a pretty shower room, whilst there is a family bathroom with bath and shower (with both rainfall and adjustable shower heads). Downstairs, there's a shower room. Each bathroom has a heated rail to keep towels warm and fluffy and they all have underfloor heating.

  • Just wow - open the glass doors and step onto the expansive stone terrace with just the most astounding 180-degree sea views across to Carne Beach and along the Roseland coastline. Here you'll find a table and chairs for a spot of alfresco dining, and a plethora of sun loungers and reclining chairs for sunny afternoons. Steps lead down to a lawned garden which wraps around the whole property.

    Please note, for security purposes when the property is vacant, there is a CCTV camera located on the exterior of the retreat. However, it will not be active or in use during guest stays.

  • There is private parking for up to three cars.

  • Babies and children are welcome and acot and high chair can be provided on request.

    As Tredeanne has raised terraces in the garden children must be supervised at all times.

  • Guests are not permitted to bring dogs.

  • Tredeanne has WiFi so if you need to stay in touch with the outside world you can.

  • We use eco hand soaps and cleaning products from Kit & Kin throughout Tredeanne. Kinder to you and our planet, their effective eco range is powered by plants instead of harsh chemicals.

    We also use bamboo tissues, kitchen roll and toilet paper - all from Bumboo.
